The Hirschvogel Group has a new COO

Since February 1, 2026, Dr. Davis Fata has been COO of the Hirschvogel Group. With over 20 years’ experience in the automotive supply industry, he joined our Group in 2023 as Plant Manager of Hirschvogel Komponenten GmbH in Schongau. In addition to his outstanding technical expertise, we value him as an employee-oriented leader, embodying the values of our family-owned company.

Together with the Plant Managers and specialist teams, Dr. Davis Fata will lead Hirschvogel’s production into the future. One of his key tasks is to integrate the production sites in Europe, Asia, and North America into a global production network, ensuring that we can always produce at the location that is optimal from our customers’ perspective.

The Management Board of the Holding will continue to be headed by a dual leadership team, with Walter Bauer as CFO and Matthias Kratzsch as CEO.
