Aluminium Components Made in Mexico

At Hirschvogel Components Mexico, construction has begun on two new production halls, each spanning 7,500 square meters. The expansion of the San Juan del Río site is being driven by a major contract win, under which we will manufacture aluminum components in both Europe and North America in future.

Start-up of the state-of-the-art aluminum forging line with integrated input stock production is scheduled for mid-2028.

Thanks to this expansion of our global production footprint, we will be able to offer forged and machined aluminum components locally in the world’s three most important market regions – or, if necessary, we can flexibly supply our customers from plants in Europe, Asia, and North America. This further underscores our position as one of the leading international component manufacturers in this promising sector.
