When developing our chassis components, we at Hirschvogel are constantly faced with the challenge of combining technical excellence with resource conservation and sustainability. A current example of this is the optimization of control arm components through a special design idea: bearing eyes with a non-round outer contour.

For 25 years, Hirschvogel Aluminium GmbH, based in Marksuhl, Thuringia, has been producing vehicle components made of forged aluminum that weigh no more than necessary but, unlike cast aluminum components, offer high strength.

The Hirschvogel Group has published its latest Sustainability Report guided by the GRI. In it, we document our environmental, social, and ethical commitment in 2024. The focus is on progress in environmental and energy management, particularly in terms of emissions reduction, as well as measures for occupational health and safety and employee development.

In October 2025, the Hirschvogel Group once again received the TISAX label (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange), underscoring its commitment to the highest standards in information security.

Since 1989, Hirschvogel has been offering its customers added value through the machining of forged parts. These machined components were so well received that Hirschvogel Komponenten GmbH was founded in 1999 and entered the commercial register in 2000. Since then, this machining plant in Schongau has been carrying out precision work in the micrometer range.
