For the development of innovative products and high-strength components, an optimally coordinated range of expertise is available:

Part development:

From the requirements to the part – taking into account production-specific properties (e.g. local strain hardening due to plastic strain): Part concept through topology optimization, design, linear-elastic and elastic-plastic analysis, shape optimization, fatigue life calculation, prototypes and part testing. We use our in-house know-how to design your part. With our experience of large-series production in the area of forging and machining, we can generate cost-efficient, production-ready and quality-assured solutions.

Additive Manifacturing:

Hirschvogel provides the entire process chain, from part design and development to generative part production and finishing.

In so doing, we fully exploit the possibilities of additive manufacturing by using bionic designs and taking functional requirements into account.

Additive manufacturing is used for the:

  • production of samples, prototypes, tools and accessories made of metal
  • serial production of metal parts

Furthermore, plastic parts are produced in the FDM process:
