For 25 years, Hirschvogel Aluminium GmbH, based in Marksuhl, Thuringia, has been producing vehicle components made of forged aluminum that have a low weight and, unlike cast aluminum components, nevertheless offer high strength.

Hirschvogel is working on the development of high-quality structural elements for battery modules in electric vehicles. These include end plates made of aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, whose properties increase battery life and can also be produced economically – representing technological progress that pays off for both vehicle manufacturers and vehicle operators.

AXIMO, the product and system supplier for micromobility at the Hirschvogel Group, is launching its e-bike drive system on the market, and is partnering with FIT, the Swiss brand from the company Biketec GmbH, for system integration. Together, they will be exhibiting at a joint booth at Eurobike in Frankfurt.
