New Plant for Hirschvogel in Mexico

The Hirschvogel Automotive Group will expand its global presence by founding and setting up a new plant in San Juan del Río, Mexico. Setting up the new plant in Mexico represents the consistent implementation of Hirschvogel's growth strategy and pursues the goal of supplying the customers of the automotive industry worldwide from a local source. By March 2017, the building for machining processes will be ready, so that the first sample parts may be produced in April. Installation of the forging machines is scheduled for the end of 2017, with the aim of commencing production of the first forged parts by the beginning of 2018. Stephan Lutzenberger has been appointed President and CEO of the new plant in Mexico. Since the year 2000, he has worked for the Hirschvogel Automotive Group.
