The Hirschvogel Automotive Group supports its employees. This is because only targeted personnel development brings you forward, both professionally and personally, in order to support the company in an optimum way in its continuous process of evolvement. You profit from this, and naturally so do we! It is important to us that the scope which each employee has for making decisions and taking actions continually becomes greater. Everyone should be given the opportunity to come up with innovations and bring about changes on their own initiative, and to put them into practice, too. An important basis for personnel development is formed by our structured annual appraisals between executives and employees. This is because reviewing goals and achievements, agreeing upon a personal development plan, and collaboration are all a basis for good career prospects.

Das Hirschvogel-Förder-Programm (HFP)
Dieses Entwicklungs-Programm ist konzipiert für Mitarbeiter mit hohem Fach- und Führungspotenzial. Es erstreckt sich über ein Jahr und setzt sich aus mehreren praxisnahen Trainingsmodulen zusammen. Themen sind dabei beispielsweise Mitarbeiterführung, Kommunikation und Gesprächsführung. Regelmäßiges Feedback und Coaching durch die Trainer und Vorgesetzten ergänzen das Programm.

Training
Great value is placed on individual training. This is geared to the demands which will be placed on our employees in the future. Our internal training program encompasses comprehensive training courses from various subject areas. At the heart of all these courses is the goal of enhancing technical know-how, methods, as well as social and leadership skills.
