The World is our Home
Where it all began

The Hirschvogel Umformtechnik GmbH is the main plant of the Hirschvogel Automotive Group. The plant in Denklingen is not only the largest production site, but is also the development center for the entire Group. Here, all forging processes, and combinations thereof, are employed.
The lighter Side of Success

With the founding of the Hirschvogel Aluminium GmbH, the Hirschvogel Automotive Group began a new epoch with lightweight products. The production building of this corporate division was inaugurated in the year 2000 and is situated directly next to the Hirschvogel Eisenach GmbH. Hot formed aluminum parts are produced here.
Fit for the Future in Asia

In 2005, the Hirschvogel Automotive Components was founded in Pinghu (near Shanghai). Here, hot, warm and cold forged parts – including the machining thereof – are produced for our customers in China.
Not all quiet on the Eastern Front

The Hirschvogel Eisenach GmbH, founded in 1991, emerged from the "forging" department of the former Automobilwerke Eisenach (AWE). At the start of 1997, a new plant was built in the open countryside in the industrial area of Marksuhl, 20 kilometers south-west of Eisenach.
Our Stake in the US

The Hirschvogel Incorporated was founded in Columbus, Ohio (USA) in 1988. Cold and warm forged parts are produced at this plant. Since 2006, the Hirschvogel Incorporated has followed in the footsteps of the Hirschvogel Komponenten GmbH by machining a proportion of the forged parts so that they are ready-for-assembly.
Here, Individuality is Key

The Hirschvogel Komponenten GmbH in Schongau (approx. 15 kilometers south of Denklingen) is the machining plant of the Group. Here, forged parts are machined, upon customer request, in order to make them ready-for-assembly.
Know-how Transfer worldwide

In 1999, Hirschvogel entered into a joint venture in South America with the Brazilian forge Forjas Brasileiras in Queimados near to Rio de Janeiro. Together with MAHLE Metal Leve, Hirschvogel took over the company completely. Hirschvogel know-how is thus now being made available in South America, too. Besides forging operations, the company has facilities for machining parts. Through the know-how of Hirschvogel, warm and cold forging have been introduced into the company.
