The development process at the Hirschvogel Umformtechnik GmbH begins even before a specific enquiry is made about the production of parts. Within the framework of the Simultaneous Engineering concept, we discuss the part designs of our customers with them and offer consultation with respect to the choice of suitable production processes for future components. Particular attention is paid during this development procedure to an economic and stable production process, as well as to a part design which is adapted to the load requirements. As these factors are dependent on each other and must always be optimized in combination, a great deal of experience is necessary. Our engineers and technicians gladly make this experience available to our customers, and thus form the backbone of the Hirschvogel Automotive Group.
