Looking to the Future
At the end of 2008, the Hirschvogel Automotive Group underwent restructuring and reorganization in order to ensure the further development of the Group and to be optimally equipped for the future. With effect from January 1, 2009, Hirschvogel Holding GmbH was newly founded. From now on, this company will be the parent company of the seven automotive supply companies of the Hirschvogel Automotive Group. Various centralized functions that will be carried out for the entire group, such as the Strategy/Internationalization department, Public Relations, IT, the Financial Controlling Group, the Accounting Group, etc., will be concentrated at Hirschvogel Holding GmbH. With the founding of the new company, we will be able to better meet the demands of our international business relations on the one hand and to utilize synergies within the Group in a more efficient way on the other.
