Every car manufacturer has individual needs. During the product development of a part, we therefore work very closely with customers in what is termed a Simultaneous Engineering Process. Calculations and design are carried out collaboratively, as is the planning of the subsequent production process. Our goal is to contribute our know-how when it comes to metal forming during this phase of part conception and design.

Material Matters
Our experience in the processing and heat treatment of a diverse range of materials means that we are in a position to offer assistance in selecting the appropriate material. In so doing, we naturally take into account and evaluate all necessary quality tests.

State-of-the-art Technology at our Fingertips
During the product development phase, we ensure that all those departments and areas involved in the conception process make a valuable contribution with modern working methods that reflect the state-of-the-art. These methods include simulation technologies using FEM, CA technologies, the quality methods FMEA, SPC, MCA, and PCA, as well as the product-quality advance planning, APQP.
